A bodybuilding program with mini Kia l equipment, to build your muscles suitable for beginners the session usually takes 45 minutes this is for individuals who are focused on simply building muscles. You don’t have to have experience to start this program. It’s simple and starts off with 5 times a week

Equipment Needed: DBs, barbell, fitness ball, box or bench, pull-up mount OR rig

Training Status: beginner-intermediate

Duration: 8 weeks, 5 sessions a week.
