Our Current Classes

Metcon

This high intensity functional movement CrossFit class focuses on strength and conditioning. You’re bound to work up a sweat.

Purpose of Class

Endurance

This is a 60 minute CrossFit  class which consists of cardio that ranges between medium intensity to anaerobic high intensity sprints.

Purpose of Class

Flexibility/Mobility

This 30 minute CrossFit  focuses on stretching and mobilizing with the use of mobility balls resistance bands and rollers.

Purpose of Class

Weekend Warrior

A group CrossFit class that consists of functional fitness movements, which include pull-ups, deadlifts, kettlebell swings, jumping squats and more.

Purpose of Class

Lift

Using Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting, and Bodybuilding to improve lifting form and to increase overall strength and performance.

Purpose of Class

Gymnastics

Focus on gymnastic skills like handstands, ring-ups, dips, pull-ups, bar muscle ups, handstand walking.

Purpose of Class

Burn

Full-body workout focused on burning as many calories as possible through cardio, bodyweight, and dumbbell movements.

Run

Specialized running class, running drills and techniques to prevent injury and run long distances.
