Improve strength, fitness and endurance.

Our 60-minute ENDR class focuses on helping those in endurance sports by offering specialised strengths and conditioning classes. ENDR classes improve performance, fitness and endurance. We use proven fundamentals of sports science, exercise physiology and athletic training protocols. The class consists of exercises that range from between medium intensity to anaerobic high-intensity.

The goal of our ENDR class is to make you faster, leaner, more powerful and less prone to injury. We build athletes fitness by avoiding repetition and lifting heavy. All while making sure that your lungs burn. Our movements include Olympic lifts, powerlifting, gymnastics and explosive movements.

This class is for anyone looking to improve strength, fitness and endurance. This class is essential for the marathon and ultra-marathon runners to tri-athletes.


This high intensity functional movement class focuses on strength and conditioning. You’re bound to work up a sweat.

Metabolic Conditioning (METCON) is an exercise program that makes use of two energy pathways. The immediate and intermediate energy pathways. To tap into these pathways, exercises get a time cap and intensity levels are high. This is the ultimate program for improving fitness. The CrossFit community often makes use of this style of training in their classes.

METCON’s follow either a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) format or circuit training. The goal is to achieve and sustain a high effort output over a short period of time. This needs to completed with as little rest as possible between each workout.

Our 60-minute MTCN class includes various movements and equipment. They begin with a warm-up before going into specific movement warmups based on the Workout of the Day. The class then ends with a cool down and stretch. No matter what the Workout of the Day is, you will burn a lot of calories and sweat in this class.

This class will benefit anyone looking to improve over-all fitness. It’s not a training specific class. No skill’s required before attending one of these classes. METCON movements include pull-ups, deadlifts, kettlebell swings, jumping squats, ball slams and burpees.


Focus on burning as many calories as possible.

Our BURN class is a full-body workout. We focus on burning as many calories as possible. We use a combination of cardio, bodyweight, functional and dumbbell movements. These gruelling workouts get your body into top shape. We use various drills such as push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, pull-ups, and squats, to name a few.

Our BURN class combines circuits of intense exercises, completed in 30 to 60 seconds each. There is a pause for only a few seconds between exercises. The idea is to build strength and endurance while also improving your metabolism. This means that you’ll continue to burn hundreds of calories after your training session. This is an ideal class for working all muscle group in the body. We do target the core, arms, legs, glutes and back though.

A typical class starts with a warm-up followed by a series of exercises all completed within a set time-frame.

Our LIFT class is for everyone that wants to reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass and burn calories. Strength training is a key component of health and fitness for everyone.

Strength training is also known as resistance training. This is a physical activity designed to improve muscular fitness by getting the muscles to contract. This resistance to an external force helps to tone your physique, increase your endurance and strengthen your muscles.

Our LIFT class includes Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting, and Bodybuilding. We tend to emphasis Olympic lifts because Olympic lifts maximise effort. These lifts also include a few bursts of quick, concise, and explosive movements.


FLXY class focuses on stretching to improve flexibility as well as mobility
Our FLXY class focuses on both flexibility and mobility. Here is the difference between the two. Flexibility is the ability of a muscle or muscle groups to lengthen passively through a range of motion. Mobility is the ability of a joint to move actively through a range of motion. Good mobility is more than lengthened muscles. Mobility includes the muscles ability to stretch over a joint. It also includes how far the joint moves within the joint capsule.

Our 30-minute FLXY class focuses on stretching to improve flexibility as well as mobility. We make use of mobility balls resistance bands and rollers. Each class focuses on a different area of the body. Classes make use of both crucial elements of flexibility and dynamic stretching to build a full range of motion. Great mobility will enable you to get into positions easily.


Achieve mental health, physical strength and bone strength

Gymnastics is one of the best activities to achieve mental health, physical strength and bone strength. Our 60-minute GMTX class focuses on gymnastic skills like handstands, ring muscle ups, dips, pull ups, bar muscle ups, handstand walking. We use scaled exercises to help people progress to the more complex movements. There are many amazing benefits to adding gymnastics to your weekly training program. This class is ideal for those that are considering competing in CrossFit competitions. The benefits go far beyond competitions though. Take They are all listed below.


Improving your run efficiency, coordination, balance, muscle firing, and strength
The ultimate goal of our RUN class is to improve speed. We do this by improving your run efficiency, coordination, balance, muscle firing, and strength. We want you to finish any distance faster.

Our 50-minute RUN class specializes in running techniques. We focus on running drills and techniques to prevent running injuries and improve performance. Running drills helps to improve the communication between the brain and legs to become a more efficient runner. Drills also strengthen both muscles and joints needed for powerful and fast running.

The class starts with a dynamic warm-up followed by easy running. Skill drills are then practiced before a running workout. These running workouts will include one or a combination of tempo or repetition runs. The class will end on an easy run and basic strength work.

Weekend Warrior

Training in true COMMUNITY style with our coaches training alongside you.
Creating a community at MVMT is important to us and we could think of no better way of doing this than to create a time where coaches and members can train together. There is just something special about sharing a workout with someone. Our WKND Warrior class is open to ALL MVMT members. This is a fun 90 minute class, which brings to fitness community together through team work in the workout of the day. The class consists of functional fitness movements which include pull-ups, deadlifts, kettlebell swings, jumping squats, ball slams and burpees etc. All movements will be scaled according to where each person is in their fitness journey. Our WKND Warrior class will also focus on team building skills as teams learn to work together through most movements.
